I'm looking for an S4 or S5 flywheel...I believe either one will work with my Cosmo motor and S4 transmission...correct me if I'm wrong!

I have one also and I just shipped a front housing that weighs the same and it only cost $9.00 to ship and that was from NC to NY. I will sell you mine for $40 plus shipping if you are still looking for one.
