looking to see if any one has rotors and counder balances for s5 2 or 3mm that does not want an arm and a leg

whats your idea of an arm and a leg? i have a s5 TII motor that has at least one apex seal gone (by exhaust pulse)...... it hasnt been torn down yet. it is a toss up as tp whether it is for sale or the basis of a new project. what's your price range?
