Wanted T2 In Illinois Area

im 15 looking for a t2 in the illinois area after the car i was going to buy got sold 
so figured i would come here and ask. well im looking for a t2 in the illinois area or surronding states, i hope to pay 3000 and under and want a clean car that needs some work to keep me busy over the winter. thanks in advanced

mazdaenthused is in illinois and has a t2 that has been in a wreck up for sale. It's a donor car for a clean chassis if your up to the task. Find a clean NA from down south for < $1000, buy the t2 from mazdaenthused, and you have a powertrain swap to keep you busy all winter.

Don't listen to a word 4rotorrocket says about these cars, he's kindof retarded.
the car looks like a decent deal, a bit of a clusterfuck, but under $1k not bad at all, especially if it is rust-free like the guy claims.
if you need help feel free to contact me, depending on how far you are from me (i'm in lisle/naperville area) I might be able to come out and give you a hand with it.
if you end up needing a rebuild contact me and maybe we can work out a deal.

my broyher has a 88 tII that he put alot of work into. It has an upgraded turbo and manifold, throtlebody mod,fuel cut bypass, guages and alot more. A wire chaffed and burned some of the harness so he got pissed and lost interest and baught a new mustang. He's ltting it go for $2000 the car has absolutly no rust. Chris where are you in illinois... i'm in aurora... as far as your last question Pengaru is the man to ask... hes an rx7 GOD... i was going to do the same thing... keep my motor and trans and stuff and swap it into another t2 but i decided just to save some money and start over with a clean running T2 even if i have to go a good distance to get one... um... if your anywhere near the aurora area i go to Waubonsie Valley High School... hit me up at my AIM SN ... mybaby87rx7... (i'm 16 to let you know)
