What's shipping costs like to the states?

fulltuned7 06-01-2003 05:55 AM

shipping varies from state to state, city to city through a shipping company that i deal with. I'm guessing under 200.00. Shipping through the Japanese postal system will cost over 200.00 because of weight.

I would purchase the Blitz kit, but I have to get my motor rebuilt first (and also get some body work done). Are these kits widely available in Japan? If so, then I will be purchasing a kit in about 3 months.

3 month down the line is hard to predict. But I do run across a lot of turbo kits so never know!!!

whats the minimum upgrade to run these as far as the ecu is concerned??

djgiantrobot 06-03-2003 09:00 AM

don't try to make 500hp without a stand alone

nah, just would like around 250 to 300. im just thinking ahead for when i blow my engine might go turbo. i have a fcon thingy with gcc fcd and injectors laying around. but then again it might just be easier to go stand alone than to run a stock ecu unto an FB. it might cheaper in the long run too....

Yeah, sell the F-CON and GCC. You'll need to run the TII ECU, etc. to use it. The standalone will be easier to set up.
