Like it say, this is a nice up grade if you drag race you FD, or you have alot of HP. And it is also an upgrade for people with S5 TII's, with this you can get rid of the viscous LSD. It has 115,000 miles on it, and will ONLY fit TII's and FD's. And I can guarantee that it will fit, because I put the TORSON unit in a TII rear end.
