Shipping from Japan is pretty expensive. $300 is pretty high, but I could easily see about $200 for airmail, especially for something that big. It cost me more than $10 to send a shifter boot to New Zealand.

That guy in Japan sent me a steering wheel pretty cheap, but I think
he wasnt paying shipping, I think he had a connect.
I do remember another guy selling a steering wheel from Japan and it
was $75 shipping.
