I have:
TORSEN differential, it will fit TII's, and FD (that's it!!!) and it is a direct bolt in, it came out of an FD, and it had 60,000 miles on it (or so I was told), it is in good shape, and comes with 3.9 ring and pinion gears, along with all the bearing and spacers out of the FD chunk, and if you want I'll even throw in the chunk. (usless to FC people.) Asking: $350+shipping.
TII drive shaft, 115,000 miles: asking $135 shipped
volvo FMIC, came out of a 740 turbo, good for up to 35 PSI, has no leaks. Asking $155 shipped.
Plastic insert that goes in the TII hood, no cracks, and it is primered right now. Asking $75 shipped.
Front fenders, no dents, they were black but they have primer, and another color on them (I'm not sure why, that is what condition I got them in). Asking $100 shipped a piece.
Also have a stock S4 flywheel, looks to be in good shape, had 130,000 miles or so on it. Asking $75 shipped.
S4 NA tranny also had 130,000 miles on it, I never personally drove it, because the slave cylinder was bad, asking $145 shipped
Also have both head light assemblies, they are in good condition, and have no dent or dings. Asking 75 shipped per complete assembly.
Have a stock S4 TII top mount IC, in good condition, no leaks. Asking $65 shipped.
S4 NA side housing, have all three, and basically have the whole engine minus the rotor and rotor housing. it had 150,000 miles on it. For the side housing I want 90 shipped a peice, or take all three for 225 shipped.
Also have a VERY NICE, mazdatrix short shifter, it was used for 30 miles TOPS, and is like new, it comes with everything the mazdatrix kit came with. Asking 155 shipped.
Also have a mazdatrix SS braded clutch line, it was never used, and is brand new. I had one on another 7 that I had, and it give the clutch a very good stiff firm feel, and is one of the best and cheapest things you can do for your drivetrain. Asking $20 shipped.

Yeah, I went out and bought another one, with the money from the last one, with the intension of useing it. But I need one that enters and exit's on the same side. Unless I make a 2JZ style intake. Other wise I would have some funky IC pipeing. So I wasn't really thinking about it when I bought it.

Also if anyonw wants them, I have 3 AC compressors, one is off of an S4 NA, and blew cold when I took it off, and the other two are off of 87 TII's. asking $65 shipped a piece.

I really want to keep the TORSEN, because it is what I like, but I just don't want to mess with swapping it right now.
And a TORSEN is a direct bolt in to a TII, and the difference from a TII (in your case S5 viscous, because S4's have a clutch type) is that the TORSEN acts as an open diff when you are just cruiseing and neither wheel is slipping, but when one wheel slips it acts like a positrac differential, and delivers 50/50 power to both wheels. And the good thing about that is that it is instantanious, where as your viscouse typr with take a second or two to react, the TORSEN with happen RIGHT AWAY. But the draw back to the TORSEN is that it is NOT a good drag raceing diff, because it is very hard on it to drop the clutch and do hard launches. But it is a VERY good drifting, and auto X differential, because you really aren't launching any, and it will always diliever 50/50 power to both wheels.

Ohhh yeah, and that makes me think of another thing, if you don't have the money for something and want it. I will consider all trades, and I am looking for a TO4, 60-1, maybe a T60. Or something like that. I am also looking for an HKS SS blow off valve or an turbo XS RFL, or something like that. But anyways I will consider all trades.
