Also is there any cutting of the braces involved?

Here are some pics of it on my car before I got it ready for paint. IN these pics it is in the white gel coat that it came with. I do not remember who makes this headlight cover, but it was a rotary specific company. The gaps line up very well, and there is some cutting of the brace involved, but not much.
