Larry is in Japan.
I heard he was parting out his car so I showed him to the forums. The body parts are pretty much done, but everything else it pretty much good to go. Shipping will be cheap since he will be doing all that himself. Also yes we have seats in the back over here. I had advertised these seats a while back also, but I asked him to do it all on his own to save shipping costs |
I'm somewhat interested in the ARC intercooler and POSSIBLY the rear seats... but prob not. How much are you asking for these items yourself? Do you happen to have any pics? I have a blitz intake, which takes up a lot of space.
If Jason says you're good, then i'm good with that. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/happy.png |
i love when people try to act smart and make asses of themselves.
|
I know a lot of people were looking for some small parts..
The OIL Coolers are probably taken by me. I know he will sell any and everything |

what year is the FD? I want 99 brakes!!!
|
oops, i didn't see it was a 93, nevermind =P
|
Ok Jimmy... My wife said you PMed, I just got to work 45 min drive.hehe
On the 99spec brakes. Can someone tell me the difference? I looked in my 96-98 book and my 99-02 book and the brakes are exactly the same. NOW granted the SpiritRs are differen, no doubt. BUT when I looked Mazda has been making 17 rotors at least since 96, and also 16 rotors too, but the part numbers havent changed, but the price went up a little. So whats the diff? Or is just 99 the way to say it? |
the caliper is the same, they share the same brake pads as well. But they but the mount on the caliper farther out, it can accomodate the bigger rotor.
|
Gauges?

I have all PN#s for all parts in my Mazda Parts books and Im not seeing a different mount for the Caliper, but yes the Caliper is different for the 17inch rotors. There is only one mount. 17inch rotors are thicker too, thats also another reason for the caliper change Im pretty sure Larry only has 16inch rotors anyway. Brake pads are the same yes. |
17" rotor? https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/wacko.png
I want that! may be i need "dubs" to fit them... even 16" rotor will be nice hehe. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/blink.png |
17 inch rotor in JP terms or MAZDA terms is the size wheel
you need to fit the rotor. |

|
is the 96-98 the whale tail style?
|
how about the drivers side window switch??? is his car a 93 by us terms or a 93 by japanese terms which woul dmake it a 94 here???? just a little bit confused on the year.
|
Damn- I need a drivers side window switch also. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...O_DIR#>/11.gif
|
Well it all depends on what month for the year of the car.
Its kind of funny.... Months are more important here then the year haha I will ask him exactly what his car is. If its like Sept it will be a 94 in the US. Maybe I will just tell him to get some pics of the interior Also 96-98 spoiler I guess you can call it a whale, never looked at it like that hehe. A lot of people call it the RZ spoiler |
