make an offer, the turbo is in great condition and the manifold has been ceramic coated to withstand temps up to 2000 degrees, which costs around 50 bucks alone.... and the block off plates have been sold as stated above

those look like Seth's block off plates, check the sticky at the top of the For Sale section, they are top notch and even come with nice stainless hardware.
