S4 plates and irons...complete block

I have an S4 engine I pulled with stuck seals. The irons have no scratches in them. I have not measured for other wear but it was from a JDM low mileage engine. The car I bought had no compression, when I pulled the engine I took it apart and the seals were carboned up. Will post pics soon. Make an offer so I don't have to scrap them. They are in southern WI
