not bad at all camel, I can't wait to see the finished port blended all together. Don't forget to fold over the closing edge of the port.

Ito, I could be wrong, but I think T04rx7's template is supposed to ship with mine. Just want to make sure that everything's right, Danny Halloran's and Rodney Mcfarlin's templates are both going to me.

If you notice in my first post I mention rough cutting. I cut to almost the edge of the port with the cutter at high speed, and stop. In the pictures you will see there is about a 1/16th of an inch left, this allows me to fine cut the port with a smoother bit without going to far, and then a finish sanding afterwards. Martin explained I only had one cutter, and I wanted to rough cut all the ports prior to the cutter getting to dull and not being able to finish them all. I will post pictures of the finished ports later in the week when I have them done.

And yes Ito, I will feather the edge at the closing to keep the side seal from crashing

Ok I waited long enough for the rest of the 25 members to arrange payment for the rest of the templates. I have about 12 members on the list that called and payed. At this point it's not fare to the members that already payed.

I'll wait one more day. which is today friday for the last members to call in. Then I'll start going down the second list.

to the members that already payed, I've been holding back to give other members a chance to call in. At this point I did my part to honor the forum members and I'll ship on monday to the members that already payed.

thank you..
