I have a nearly new ORC twin plate for the 13b with counterweight and a spare set of plates. This is clutch is an unsprung unit, and has no damage to the plates (heat marks, stress cracks or anything) I bought this to put on my drag 7 project when I was in Japan, the previous owner felt that it was too much for his car and tried it with a new set of plates, so both sets have slight wear on them, but have 3.8-3.9mm surface left on them. Right now I am not financially able to keep adding the parts to it that I need. So I am slowly parting these items away, the more expensive parts I am offering to the group before selling them on ebay.



I am removing it off the motor tonight, and will have pictures of it later this evening or in the morning.

Can this clutch work on the 13b rew motors??

 

i believe you can.

you can switch trannies or get an adapter, which was like 400 to 500 last time i checked.(im not really sure about switching tranny part)

cant find the thread, maybe it was over pms. i asked either jt imports or jspecracer7 and they told me about the adapter.



you can pm either of them or maybe even dragon...hell, thecamel should know also. maybe hell chime in in the evening.

 

This can be used on a 13b REW motor, if the adaptor is purchased as well. The reason is that the FC is a push type clutch, and the FD is a pull type. The adaptor is acctually a conversion kit that changes how the clutch is applied allowing you to add a push type clutch to a pull type system. But they are not cheap. Dragon and JSpecRacer both have seen this clutch prior to me leaving Japan.
