Interested in purchasing a Turbo II Transmission to replace my N/A Transmission in my 1988 Mazda Convertible, because I just destroyed my Tranny. Some one please leave a reply letting me know if this is just a bolt in swap or if I need to replace it with a regular N/A Transmission. I plan on swapping a Turbo II Motor and Rear End later on. But like I said leave a reply and I will get back to you as soon as possible ...

to bolt up a t2 trans to a na car this is what you will need,

trans

t2 flywheel

t2 clutch

t2 starter

then to mate the t2 to the rear you have options

make a drive shaft from the na with a t2 trans yoke

or use a t2 drive shaft but then you need a t2 rear end and axels.

this is needed plus the shifter as the t2 to na is not just a bolt in item. you change one thing you need to change it all.
