why do you need one ?

 

its my dads 87 T2 for some reason he dosnt want to make it faster. but the flang on the DP rusted out. I tried talking him into a RB one, but he said it will raise the boost and then he will have to get the FCD and so on. This kills me all of his other cars he fixed up but this one he wont.

 

tell him to get a bonez downpipe and make a restrictor between the dp and mp. it will be cheaper and better
