Well, periodically you really can find a great deal. So, I did some more checking:



- The same ad runs here and at thepartstrader.com Click here

- the ads are run by people with different first names ("Cathy Jun" and "Jennifer Jun")

- the ads have different return email addresses (cathyspeed79@yahoo.com and doylevelocity@yahoo.com)

- inquiries to both ads reply with the same wheel pictures

- the seller won't explain why the ads run under different names

- the seller refuses to use an escrow:





Draw your own conclusions. I'm not biting on this one.

I am very interested in these wheels, and am going to give the seller the benefit of the doubt that he is legit. At first he didn't want to accept paypal or a credit card check, but after speeking to him some more he agreed on paypal. I am going to use a credit card so both me and the seller should be covered.

Well after offering to pay half upfront through paypal and the rest cod, I got no response so screw it. I'm just gonna go buy some gram lights.

 

I was wondering how it was going-- well, I must say that those Gram Lights look pretty tempting...

 

I get a good deal on them. Only thing is there's like a 3 month waiting period.
