There is a little crack at the lip. There are rock chips on the bumper.

$550 plus shipping. Local pick up is OK in Bay Area, California.

Nope. Bumper only. Combo lights are not included. Shipping will be paid to the freight company directly if you are wondering. I don't make money on shipping.

Sorry. Combo lights don't come with it. And there is no way you can find any kind of 99 spec bumepr with combo lights for $550. If you can find something like that, please let me know. I want to buy some too. Thank you. I am on the East Bay near Oakland.
