otherwise its like a 700 mile round trip, and Im not going through shipping another hood unless you absolutlely promise me it will come dent free. Last time I had a hood shipped to me the seller assured me he would ship it right, he shoved it in a furniture box too big for the hood and wrapped the hood in some old fabric, no surprise it came with 3 edges bent completly in

 

actually ill be going the other direction this weekend, last weekend i was in albany lol. the best i could do is ''custom'' build a box and use an *** load of shredded paper and cardboard corners. and if it gets screwed up as his did, i would send your money back. unless maybe you'd want to wait for about a month or so when im back in albany

 

if you go to a auto body shop they usually keep the foam corner protectors the hoods come shipped to them in, they work nice being as its thier intended purpose.



albany is still like 3-4 hours each way I think?

Might cost the more for me to drive there as to ship it, but at least I know it would arrive safely.

I really need a dent free hood, I have a steel hood on my car, its in perfect condition- but its steel.

 

my bosses buddy owns a body shop so im sure i can get them from him, and maybe a good fitting box for it as well. the hood as we speak is getting ready for primer, so if it doesnt sell i'll throw it back on my car. only selling to get a carbon fiber hood for it.
