short block from 87 T2, streetported, has blown side seal on front rotor. Asking $350, but have a little wiggle room on the price. Prefer local pickup in columbia MD, but will ship if you figure out the logistics and pay everything. Will deliver within, oh i dunno, 100 miles or so.

How much am I looking at in repairs?

 

basically you need to rebuild it, personally i'd for for a full rebuild if i was keeping it, BUT, if you wanna be cheap about it....



you could get away with just doing the front rotor that has the bad seal. The engine doesn't have very many miles on it from what i was told, so if the clearances check out you might not have to replace the apex seals on that rotor either, figuring that side seals usually don't wear out either, you can get away with replacing the seals on one side of the rotor and probably the corner seals and springs, factor in a set of gaskets since you removed the front cover and you're probably at under 500 bucks max if that.

 

is this just for the block or a complete motor with turbo,intercooler etc.?

 

shortblock = just the block nothing else.
