The radiator neck is the thing that bolts onto the water pump where the thermostat is, right? Does it have a radiator filler cap on it? And will it fit an S4 water pump? Thanks.

the master cylinder is from 89+ n/a. it has some rust, but I remember I didn't notice any leaks when I took it out.
