this is a direct bolt on? i dont have to make any non exsistent holes?

It's a direct bolt up, you don't need to drill any new holes or anything..

......... how hard would it be to make a one-peice tranny and diff. brace?

huh? you mean a one piece tranny brace and a one piece diff brace?

lol.. that would be what the power plant frame does.

these make it so it doesn't brake the power plant frame by adding support. It also keeps the driveline centered and keeps the tranny from moving all over so you dont' miss shift breaing the 5th/Reverse sycro's and lockig coller.. They also help get rid of wheel hop to save the diff, axels and output shaft on the tranny.
