Induct, you received my check on September 25. It is now October 16. The check still has not been presented to my bank for payment and is still outstanding.



I understand that you want the check to clear before sending the shift ****, but you have to deposit the thing. Did you deposit it? Did you lose it? Did your bank lose it? If you are still carrying around the check in your wallet by mistake, please let me know.



Please try to resolve this today.



If you want to call the whole thing off that's fine too. However, it will cost me $25 to stop payment on the check so if you don't want to go through with the deal, just let me know that you are destroying the check & we will leave it at that.

the check was definatly depossited I have a copy of the deposit ticket. I'll call the bank tomorrow and find out whats up with it. If they don't have a record of deposit then well just call it off. If they do have a record then i'll have it shipped out asap overnight

 

Thanks. Pretty wierd. Usually the banks clear checks before you can take a breath but don't let you get access to the money for 5 days when it's an out of state check. As of this morning however, the check was still outstanding and had not cleared my account.



Whatever you want to do is fine with me. If they are processing it, great. Just look into it for me. I want your shift **** and you want my money. I would think the bank could figure it out.
