No disrespect meant, there is no way to know what this core is worth. If you really do have a broken seal in the rear, the rear housing, intermediate and rear rotor are probably useless. Then the max the you are looking at is about $400. If the rear is cracked and there is minimal damage someone is still looking at between $500 to $900 in parts to rebuild it themselves.



As a core most shops require an $800 to $1000 core charge, but actually may not refund the full amount if the core is not "useable". So from that analysis a perfect core is worth no more than $1000.

umm, i know what youre saying, please dont try to make me look like i dont know what im talking about....



the only thing i CAN do is look through the holes where the spark plugs were and rotate slowly a couple revolutions... witha a flashlight i saw there were all seals there, nothing missing or anything.. if need be i will take off the exhaust manifold and see if that help... i will also take pics of ANYTHING if need be... let me know... the range i was thinking was above 450, but definitlly below 1k. as i know the cost of a rebuild (have huge recipts to prove it on this engine) and i think that range is fair without being greedy.



but as with rotaries there is a risk involved in everythying, so please price accordingly... pics may help if you need for making a decision.
