I just wanted to give an update and a short story with my experience with 91v8rx7.

I purchased the 91 intake setup, which I was told would be everything from block to air box. After weeks of not receiving the item (without contact from the seller), I opened a dispute with Paypal. After the first period of non-response, the dispute was escalated to a claim. With a few days to spare before the claim would've defaulted in my favor, the seller posted a tracking number which stated that the item had JUST shipped that day.

I was feeling better at that point, because at least my box was on it's way. Well, was I suprised...

The package I received came in the next couple days. Feeling like a kid at Christmas, I took the box into my room and ripped it open. I pulled everything out and started setting things on my bed: air box, tubing up to the TB, the TB itself...then...

...an S4 UIM? Wait...this isn't from a 91...

...so I keep taking more and more paper used for packing out...

...and it's empty.

No LIM.

Well, ok, fast forward over a week. After receiving the "item" (half of it, and wrong gen), Paypal still said the item was "in transit." Just an FYI, the payment was sent May 27. Anyways, I finally received notification today that the case was closed because an item had been delivered. Well, I was frustrated, but at least I could open a new dispute and say it was the wrong item. So I goto the Paypal page to open an item...

"There is already a claim filed for this item. Please check the Resolution Center for its status." ...or something like that...

Now I'm a little confused, and I can't figure it out, so I call Paypal to clear it up. After verifying it's me, I tell them my tale, then tell them how I'd like to proceed. He tells me that the claim is closed and that he can neither open a new claim under this transaction ID, nor can he change the type of claim currently under the ID to represent the current situation.

At this point, I'm at the point that I want to start yelling but I know that wouldn't go anywhere; I'm hoping that at least I can report this seller for fraud. I ask the rep how I can file a report against the seller (sort of like a complaint to the BBB), and his next question concerns whether this was an eBay-related item or not. I say no. He tells me that there's no way I can file a complaint, and my only recourse is to contact my bank, which doesn't make any sense to me, since the transaction was to Paypal, so it's not like I can just tell them the story and have them refund my money.

Basically, this is a scam, and Paypal fully supports it in my opinion. There's a loophole in their system that people can exploit and get away with theft, and Paypal doesn't appear to be willing to help the consumer. I just want everyone to know so they can hopefully avoid situations like this.
