Racing Beat S5 TURBO RACE ROTORS (BRAND NEW) $1350



The "race rotor" designation is for s5 turbo rotors that have had snap-rings installed into the rotor gear, to prevent the rotor gear from working away ffrom the rotor during high rpm, high horsepower operation.



In addition, these rotors have also been race clearanced, and balanced, and have brand new MFR race (deep grove) rotor bearings.

Includes front and rear counterweight, balanced with rotors.

I paid over $2000 for these rotors, brand new in '04 (direct from Racing Beat).



TURBONETICS Ball Bearing t66, water cooled turbocharger $1250



-GENUINE TURBONETICS t66 Ball-Bearing turbocharger, which I had custom built for me, by Turbonetics, for $1760.00 USD. Radial and axial play is near absent, as the turbo has barely been used.



Specifications of the turbo are as follows:

HKS AIC III (digital) w/ 2x 700cc nippondenso injectors $410



This listing is for a barely used HKS stand-alone additional injector controller system (AIC 3/digital controller), with two NipponDenso 700cc injectors, and an HKS injector hold-down kit.

ATM egt monitor $90



This listing is for an Autometer two channel pyrometer monitoring system.



This remote mounted control box lets you set alarm points to warn of excessive heat in either rotor bank with a red LED, or can be used with the ATM-5330 or ATM-5331 Quite-lite. Peak recall shows the high temperature achieved during the race/tuning session for side-to-side rotor bank comparison.



Requires the use of 1 or 2 type-k thermocouples, and 1 or 2 gauges, available from autometer.





J&S knock controller $210



Includes individual cylinder knock controller, wiring harness, and knock sensor. Requires gauge/monitor from J&S.



This is their earlier unit that I used on my Mazda Rx7 turbo 2.

They should probably be lapped, but I know plenty of guys that would use them without lapping.

The bridges do not extend into the rotor housings. Primary main port has a “street-port” while the secondary main port remains factory.



HKS Super Mega Flow intake $65

-4” inlet. Less than 1000 miles on it.



South Florida Performance Custom Tubular manifold $325

-Mild steel construction (schedule 40, thick, heavy duty), built to fit a HKS 50mm wastegate. Has some surface rust (nothing a quick bead blasting won‘t cure), but the manifold has no cracks and is in perfect functioning condition.



HKS 50mm racing wastegate $325

-Has a yellow 11.xxpsi spring, although with the SFP manifold I was seeing 15psi in high gears



K&N air filter $35

-4" inlet, great for large t4 turbochargers



K&N air filter $45

-5” inlet, originally came with a Racing beat K&N filter assembly for the rx7



rx7 power steering rack $125

-rebuilt with new steering gear and new tie-rod a few years back

-These are the hard lines that wrap around up front.



FCD (custom) $25

-This FCD must be wired in, and has an adjustable voltage clamp.



FCD (Racing Beat) $25

-Connector on one end got a little smushed, but still plugs into the MAP sensor and functions flawlessly. Can be replaced with a factory 4 plug connector (for map sensor), or hard wired in, if preferred.
