FS: Apexi RX6 Turbo Kit w. HKS 50mm S/S Racing wastegate

All parts have 3300 street mile; no track time and but one autocross!

The kit includes:

• Apex’i ISAMU (IHI dual ballbearing) RX-6 turbo (p/n TCW76LS-P27)

- The exhaust housing is HPC Extreme (ceramic) coated inside and out

- The exhaust housing turbo has been ported at the entrance to smooth airflow.

• Apex’i s/s manifold

- HPC Extreme (ceramic) coated inside and out

- 2 s/s EGT bungs welded into the manifold's individual runners

• Apex’i s/s downipe

- HPC Extreme (ceramic) coated inside and out

- 2.5” restrictive stock mating flange has been replaced with a 4” v-clamp flange

- a second O2 sensor bung welded in at midpipe for wideband sensor

• HKS S/S Racing wastegate

- Plumb into the downpipe, using a double slip joint for reliability… VERY TRICK!

• NAS (National Aerospace Standard) 6203 series bolts and jetnuts secure the manifold to the turbo exhaust housing. Extreme high temp rating and priced accordingly!!

• All heat shields, blank plate, adapters, and oil supply/drain hoses. Does NOT include the piping to connect to your intercooler or intake filter.

• Original instructions in English.

• $3400 FOB (insurance is required for both the buyer and sellers protection).

This truly is the ultimate street turbo kit. On my ported engine I see 16 lbs of boost at 3600 rpm, and approximately 375 RWHP (plus or minus 10); Admittedly, I have never dyno’ed this setup.

One picture shows the overall look in the engine and the other is an early design shot (before coating/wrap) that shows the dump tube, 4" v-clamp downpipe end and (just barely) the manifold EGT boss(es). More picture to follow as I pull this kit with my engine…
