I finally got the money to buy the rest of the parts for my TII swap and when I went to fire it up it ran horrible, so i pulled the plugs to do a compression check and the rear had 0 psi. That really sucks. I could have swore the web site for motor works said at the time i baught it that they had a start up warranty on rotaries, but now it says no warranty. I tried to call them today and nobody picked up so i left a message. This is a real bummer sinse i had to take out 2 loans to get this engine and all the parts. Now i am about out of funds and this engine is in the same state as the one i had before. Rob i really need your help hear man. Am i SOL? You and Gary seem like great guys I hope you understand.

you had that car running before new year didnt you? When did you recieve the engine? You should check everything else before assuming a bad engine to let it build compression, how did you check compression?

No, I just got it together enough to where i can start it like Monday of this week. i recieved the engine a few months back, but just last week recieved the money from the second loan i took out so i purchased the rest of the parts. What all should i do to see if it will build compression? It should have 3 pulses but it had 0. So that would mean all the seals are stuck. So i need to squirt ATF in the spark plug holes right? Then what do i do, just turn it over? Or do i let it set and for how long?

Engines are coming in this tuesday? Any idea how many 13 re's you'll have? I can use a rew flywheel/manual tranny on these right? Going to run standalone for tuning.
