Justin the last time we stayed at the Embassy Suites. If its only an extar 30 min from there to the fairgrounds I wouldn't mind staying there again. It was pricey but well worth it.
Yeah... I was thinking the same thing too... we could do another Hooters meet the night before like last year... either that same Hooters or anywhere else that works for everyone:chug:

Hey guys, that list I put up was given to me by the fairgrounds owner. I will take a look tonight, make some calls, and see if I can get any "deals" if a bunch of you want to stay at the same place. anyone have an idea of how many people/rooms? just so I have something as a guide when I call/
Just wondering if any of the hotels were giving the "group deals" that you mentioned??

Since we're disagreeing on price, lets just all agree to stay in the town of Parsippany...there seems to be hotels in all price ranges there and thay way at least we're in the same town and can congregate a little easier. Mazdabation, I'm gonna go the cheap route too so maybe we can plan to be at the same hotel and start something for the pennypincher crowd. It'll be me with my SE (if I get her together in time) and a friend with his vert so that's at least three so far. Any poor people out there wanna hotel pool?!

Not a prob....let me know what you come up with. Im not looking for the cheapest motel, but not the most expensive hotel either. Just a simple holiday inn, Super 8, days inn etc. By the time i pay for gas expensise and such, a $120 U.S a night hotel just isnt in my books.

wish I had a way up there, rotorfest sounds fun, and the embasy or hilton wouldn't be too bad at $39 a night (gotta love employee discounts) damn it, why is NJ so far from FL. Anyone from FL going up there have an extra seat? lol J/K, but I can get up to 3 rooms at Employee rate.

oh well, hopefully I can make it next year when I'm better off and maybe have a car that can make it out of town without blowing up.

I just extended my stay at the Parsippany Hilton for Sunday night. Who else is staying Sunday? Post party?
