Well there are just 4 weeks to go, June 27th will be here before you know it!. The hotel list on the website has been updated, many area hotels are now booked solid for that weekend, so If you still need a room, get one soon!

Sponsorship and Vendor requests have been pouring in this last week, looks like we are going to have quite a good turnout this year.

Remember Pre-registration is still open, saving you $5 on show admission.



This is a brief, yet not finalized itinerary for the day.



Gates will open around 10:30 am

DJ and vendors will be set up and going by 11am

Car show entries end at 2:30 pm

All voting ballots must be in by 3pm

Awards will be given out at 4pm

Event ends 7pm



Also a reminder: Rotorfest is a rain or shine event, if rain is in the forecast the show will be moved indoors!!!

 

We can enter a car in up until 2:30 pm? How much before that 2:30pm deadline?



What about re-entry into the park.. There is admission right? How are you going to handle people having to jet and come right back?

 

Add: "Vendors may be hung over, appear intoxicated or smell like beer"

I have a question Jay. I don't know if you or anybody answered it yet. I need to reserve my hotel/ book the hotel. They won't charge my card until I get there, and check in right? I am worried about that. Cause if they don't, I will be booking it this week just in time.



I think we will need name tags. There is gonna be a bunch of people at RF, and especially everybody from nopistons and the coughevilcough forum.



Can't wait to see more RX-7's than mine and Dave's.

 

I was thinkin that some sort of nametags would be in order too. It's kinda gay, but how the hell else will we be able to easily identify with each other. I might get a tshirt together or somethin that says 1gendreemer on it. We should have to wear flair too.. at least 15 pieces!!!

 

I am thinking of making a tshirt for myself also. Just says RowTarEh. I know alot of people won't be looking for me, but just so I am spotted and so I feel wanted.

Usually when you reserve a hotel room, they don't bill your card till you get there.



You guys can buy name tags if you want. I bought them in the past and I was the only jerkoff to wear one!

 

I'm a big fan of those "Ask me about my..." nametags. I wear em out to the bars with stupid **** like "gigantic nuts" and "explosive diarhea" filling in the blanks. Always a good time. I gotta figure out a cool way to represent (my damn self!) at Rotorfest....
