That's uncanny, my group of friends and I were just discussing if there ever were (or ever will be) a rotary powered motorcycle of some sort. One friend wondered "How the hell would they cool it?" I responded "Open air motor." I noticed this thing is liquid cooled though, I'd like to see how exactly that system works in such a small package. (I have no real knowledge of motorbikes, so I wouldn't know if liquid cooling is common.)

norton motorcycles in the uk built rotary engined race bikes, they made a few homologation models for the road as well, they were built in the late eighties and early nineties

The Suzuki re-5 also pops up here on a regular basis.
