I know that NSU made a motorcycle with a rotary, but that was WAYYY back in tha day. I was wondering if anyone knows of anyone attempting this, or if anyone has done it before?? It will obviously be Hard as F#CK to do, but it will be a pimp bike..lol

Yes a company named Norton makes them, they are loud as hell. don't know the size on the motor, but there are some out there.

I think I remember seeing a 1 rotor motor on the Atkins rotary site:

I know of a couple with turbo busa's... not rotary though.

LOL, I rode a busa for a short distance not too long ago when I went on a ride with a group, normally I don't ride other people's bikes and no one ever rides mine, but he was like pushing me to do it so I did. 0-60, my bike pulls hard, **** you hit 60 and that ******* busa comes alive. 60-150 see ya!!!

there is one busa round here thats all hooked up for dragging. Holy **** that thing ****** dips. one of his friends has a turboed out busa. all i can say is NASTY!!!! i think its boosting about 7psi. max boost at about 12. He said he tried it once at 10, and when the turbo would spool in third gear it would pull so much that it would wanna flip...hes on crack.... Yoshimura made a Limited edition Busa, that was special order and all hooked up by them...one sweet bike... X1-R or something like that...

DKW was another i know that. They were hand in hand somewhat with NSU...

I believe Suzuki made a single rotor bike. I think it was called an SE5 or something like that. You see them for sale once in a while. I remember going into a Suzuki dealership about 20 years ago and seeing one, really different looking. It was like a touring bike, but with a small rotary engine.
