haltech help on 13bre

Please help! Just istalled a 13bre cosmo in a fc3s and need help with this e6x haltech. If someone can list all their settings for the main setup, fuel setup, ignition setup, and in/out setup. Also if someone has a map to gfet this thing to start up easy.Im using the fc3s ignitors and coils. Please anything can help me.
