im suprised yall dont have a sticky on what smoke is what on rotaries...

anways

i recently bought a n/a 13b rx7 that seems to run okay. dynoed it with racing beat headers, a shitty ricer 2'' exhaust, stock intake with a filter on it and it put down 116 whp in 3rd, 111whp in 4th. seems to be a decent motor from beating the **** out of it street drifting.

anywyas, it smokes like a bitch at anything near or above 7k, is this just a fuel/oil dump at this kind of rpm?

also , how can i prevent blowing it if im revving the **** out of it, and generally not being nice to it at all. im keeping it full of oil, and making sure to let it warm up and cool off.

2 stroke oil in gas help?

what kind of oil works best with rotary in the motor? ive beentold to use non synthetic

also this is gonna sound dumb, but i think its funny as **** to make it shoot flames, how bad is this for hte motor. as much as id like to kill the ******* thing and laugh, it is my only car to go drift blatantly without causing too many problems (id get arrested in 2 seconds in my other car, a 18 second street car helps keep me out of trouble, and limits the **** i can drift) and i kinda dont wanna break it yet
