I thought it was the beginnings of a bridge port but why is there 2 rows of holes? Anyone seen this before?

that or someone really has a serious phobia for cracked bridges. and they are a couple holes short on the intermediate housing.

that cheese port has been around since the 80's.although it is a waste if a good drill bit. all you get out of that port is a bridge port idle .you cant get any flow through those small holes.
