My rotary history! One day I saw an rx-7 at the track, and suddenly I wanted to do something other than work on piston motors, and after a little over a year of looking, I finally found a turboII worth buying. If I stretched it, I could have afforded an FD, but I'd much rather own a 2nd gen. Long story short, I'm picking one up this weekend, and I am driving out to my next duty station in San Diego. The motor is really well taken care of, so its gonna be my daily driver until I can get another motor for it. I was gonna purchase one out there and was curious if anyone knows anyone that does porting/building of rotaries in the area.

My goal is over 400 to the wheels, which I think is very achievable for my first project.
