I was recommended a place called Rotary Reliability and I can't get a hold of them. I was also recommended Dave Gibson but I don't know how to get a hold of him. Is there a good reasonably priced rotary engine builder in So Cal? Recommendations with phone #'s/addresses/website etc. would be great.
