Hard starting, lots of flooding and a compression test revealed the need for a rebuild.

Now this is the craziness! The corner of an apex seal broke. It smashed into the corner seal which broke the adjacent side seal( pictured), The sideseal spring went who knows were along with all 3 corner seal plugs! Then the sideseal smashed into the other sides corner seal and split it in half!

Apex seal missing a chunk of the corner right next to the corner section of the seal.

The split corner seal chipped a little off of the edge of the housing. And the missing chunk in the apex seal made a tiny gash near the exhaust port.

Front Iron has 2 missing sections of iron near the o-ring groove. The o ring was intact but the car only idled in my possession. This car needed a definate rebuild. Iron will be replaced.
