a dremal tool and a sanding drum works, just remember to grind at an angle to match the radious of the corner seal.

At the factory, mazda has a special machine set-up to cut side seals, they cut them to various pre-sized lengths in order to allow the rotor-stuffer to do selective fit of the various seals.
Rob at Pineapple Racing is supposedly prototyping a seal fitting fiture to sell to the public. Call him for the status. |

i have a jig that i set my seals in before i HAND grind them on sandpaper.... grinders scare me.

I'd like to rig something up with an old rotor and a sanding drum in the corner seal hole. I used the sanding drum on the dremel last time and that worked okay but it's a bit difficult to guide the side seal by hand.
