Heres a place to show off some pieces you have fabbed. Lets try to keep it to finished pieces, or rather avoid progress posts. If you want to show the progression of a piece, make a new thread. If you see something you like to see the progress of, or more pics, feel free to ask.



Anyways, Ill start with a couple of the things I did on my 00 ZX7R not too long ago. First is a custom headlight setup for my bike, using bi-xenon projectors from an E46 bmw. The headlight enclosure is 2 pieces, both of which had to be custom molded as well as molding the plexiglass covers to match the curve of the front fairing. Because of the custom headlight mount, and to clear the steering stabilizer I wanted to add, I had to make a new bracket for the gauge cluster as well.

Here is a custom fender I did for my dads suzuki boulevard, modified to accept a harley davidson taillight and light bar. This will be documented in the (long) fiberglass how-to Im working on.

upper plenum i made a few months ago. this was my first time working with aluminum. im much better now. also, i did this with a MIG!



i cut off the front flange now, and am TIG'ing a thicker flange on now. ill put some new pics up when im done.

cool exhaust, did you make the whole thing(well minus the muffler)
