Use a .125" washer or cut the spring by .125". Some will say not to cut it, it's fine I've been running that way for a long time. The fd one is 105psi give or take a couple psi.

the problem i have with using washers is it's all guess work. the spring is like $10-15ish, so if you don't get it right the first time, you just wasted all that time and money dropping the oil pan to do it over again.



the cost-to-benefit doesn't work out over a $10 spring.
