all the mazda remans i have taken appart dont have the letters matched.

But they don't need to match. They just have to be within 1 letter of each other i.e. a/b, b/c, c/d, d/e. B and C are the most common ones I've seen.

jspec thats what i mean, they dont match within one letter, last one i saw for example was c and e

speaking of none matching rotors and counterweights



what are symptoms of a non balanced set? and i guess what are the consequences?

I'm not sure of the rotors, but from what I hear, if the counterweights are from different years, then the engine sounds like a jackhammer. The end result would probably faster wear of the stationary gear bearings.
