Im building a 13bt, I have a set of old never used RB hardened stats (non multi-window rear bearing) and im considering the RX-8 shaft. I remember telling myself at one time "this isnt a good idea", i just dont remember why...I recall something needs to be modded or clearanced. What is potentially wrong with this setup?



I should just get the damn Renesis stat gears and call it a day...

 

i have a rx8 e-shaft in my re motor with the re rear gear and rx8 frount gear. i have built a motor with stock gears and a rx8 eshft all was ok. its just the rear gear you need to mod a lil bit for the oil drain
