I'm about to send my 1993 FD motor out to have it rebuild but the water pump housing is holding me back. I removed everything....water pump, thermostat, and thermostat housing and now I just have the water pump housing left. I have a big enough gap to stick a screwdriver between the housing and the motor but one of the studs rusted together with the housing. If I move the housing around, I could see it move around the other studs freely except for that one stud.

Any suggestions on how to separate the two? Thanks for the help.
