A bit o carb/TB cleaner and lots of patience. Let it soak in and push up and down on the seal starting at the ends. Use a peice of plastic or a fingernail to do the pushing and work your way to the center. Spray as much as you need to keep soaking into the carbon.

Yea I was trying to get a car with stuck side seals to run but that ain't going to happen now I need to get them out, but I have new ones, so should I just soak them in PB Blaster? Oris there something better?

Then i used a fresh xacto knife blade and gently pry'd and lifted the edge of the side seal from where the corner seal was to get the side seal out. Most like the seal will break.
The Xacto blade seems to be nearly the same profile as the seal, so it fits well in the slot.

I can't pull the spring out, that's stuck in there, too. I'm thinking I'm pretty much screwed.

When I pulled it out, it was a big ball of carbon. The carbon was about 3-4 mm thick. I was like HOLY ****! No wonder it froze! I think its a hopeless attempt, trying to get the seals out.

Carbon is good you can desolve carbon but if the seal had rusted in thats diffrent.
Not when it freezes the engine, its not. I didn't dissolve the carbon, I used a wire brush attachment for a drill. The seal probably is rusted in, though.

Well, the corner seal was stuck, too, but I used a thin long nail, and a makeshift hammer (I was too lazy to find one) (made out of pipes, reducers, and a pipe cap, lol), and kept hitting the nail in between the gap between the corner seal and rotor, and popped all 6 out in about 20 minutes. Whatever works, right?
