I wish people had more experience with other brands.. Or if they do, then they would be more vocal about it!

So was it good or bad that I went with ACT instead of RB?

I'm sure Colin would say you made a good choice. As for me, I don't know very much about other brands because I've never needed to replace my two RB flywheels.

Oh I'm sure it's a good chioce.. They are a reputable company. It's just nobody seems to have anything to say about tweakit from Aussieland, they have a whole slew of rotary related parts. I was hoping mentioning a tweakit flywheel would draw out a few guys who have perhaps bought one or heard something from them before.

The only reason I am recommending them right now is the excellent price for a new flywheel in comparison to other companies. I have no longterm comments yet.

ok here is the poop on the cosmo...you do not need to remove the counter weight. actually many people that have done it FC3s.org say to leave it. as for the flywheel any aftermarket T2 flywheel will work..when getting a clutch assy you need to order one for a T2. what year you need to get is what year the tranny is from. the tranny will mount up but you will have one more bolt hole on the engine side, but thats ok.
