Reman is here!
#1
Recieved my reman today (13brew) and I still have about a week before it needs to be installed, so I'm wondering what all is worthwile replacing since I have to re-install basically everything. Keepin it mainly stock btw. Here is a list of what I already have:
-Belts
-injectors cleaned / balanced
-new clutch (old one slipped)
-plugs
-oil filter
-water temp sensor (with reman)
-thermal pellet (on order)
-already ported w/g on stockers
-ball/spring valves for w/g & turb cntrl
-checked every sensor possible according to the FSM (all OK)
-vacum simplification w/silicone hoses (pre-existing)
-injector insulators
-airpump already gone
-full exhaust w/resonator
-straightened ic, oc, rad, & cndsr fins
-hot-tanked & bead blasted charge pipes, uim, lim / painting w clear enamel
-trans fluid
I plan on re-using all the metal gaskets, anyone use a sealant w/ them? I plan on getting the car in excellent / reliable condition and trying to sell it.. time spent and reparing-replacing worn or bad parts is not really an issuel. I'm trying to keep from wasting money on un necessary parts, I'll accomplish that with the silver FD . Any suggestions are appreciated.
BTW this is my brothers old 94 Rll (JimmyJimboJet) so he gets to watch me fix it up and sell it [attachment=38598:attachment]

new thermostat with the reman and the plug wires are in good shape. I never had any issues running sequential and the transition is nice and smooth with the ball valves. One thing I have been wondering about is the pan gasket > do I just leave it and hope it does'nt leak, or should I just remove it, pin it and silicone it?

if you're worried about it, reseal it.
put a little sealer on the metal gaskets, you can reuse em
