Racing Beat Timing Marks

i have a racing beat pulley, it has 2 timing marks, can someone explain the marks?

i think its tdc, 10btdc and 20btdc, although i'm a little fuzzy. actually i think there were like 4 marks. it comes with instructions

From left to right: 10ATDC, TDC, 10BTDC, and 20BTDC.

The single groove pulley Pt# 11473 has 3 marks. As per Racing Beat, looking from the front of the motor the upper one is 0 Deg, the middle is 12BTC, and the lower or right is 25BTC
