I've been told that MFR has lighter rotors available but that they cost a shitload. I don't know if it's true of if it is what they are made of.... but the rotors are definately heavier than necessary... I believe the renesis has lighter rotors but I'm not sure how much lighter, or if it's a different material.

if you could get detailed pics of the racingBeat one up close and in person you could have a shop machine your exhisting rotors....or do it yourself if you have the equipment available to you

the lightest mazda rotors are zry1-11-b10a @3750grams, they are $1750 each rotor!

the 89+ rotors are 4075grams, and run about 450-500 each

jim downing also supposedly casts his own rotors, i dont have any info

Apex13B, I'd be scared or screwing up the balance of the rotor.

You're a racing mechanic right? Could you lighten some for us https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...DIR#>/wink.png
