Looks good man. What kind of power/torque are you expecting?

its bridge port because you continued the intake port into a portion of the front most housing?

bridgeport is that extra little port thats in the pic. With a "bridge" seperating it from the modified factory port.

What are you doing about the (what looks to be) pitting on the upper part of the rotor housing?
Can you point out where you are referring to? I'm not saying that there is or isn't putting. I'm just trying to find where you are looking! Thanks.

personally i think the exhaust port's too big. if you're gonna go that big just knock out the sleeve. you'll gain a ton of power, case the sleeve's your bottleneck right now. as it is you're just shortening your powerstroke unecessarily w/ such an early exhaust opening. you'd make more power w/ a smaller exhaust port if the sleeve is left in.

aint that exhaust port made to spool turbos faster i have a few housings that have the same port and was told that type of port was for larger turbos also i thought you heat went up like crazy when you knocked the sleeves out is any of this true?

in the upper right corner on the housing its kind of a orange(brown my bad) color. as for the notch its there because the bridge port extends past that part of the housing so he has to notch the housing out so the port will be open fully
