besides, everyone has streetports (probably for a reason...) I want to be differnt,.. I want to try something only a couple people have tried, and see how it works out in the end. It's the journey, not the destination.

I hope you dont like power brakes. Bridgeports generally dont pull enough vacuum to properly operate the power brake booster. Mine didnt.

Theres a reason everyone keeps telling you its a bad idea. Dont come back here bitching when it turns out poorly and you have dumped lots of money into it.

We are trying to save you from yourself. Want to be different? Do a SP right. I.e. dont drop it into an otherwise stock car and wonder why its not makign 200 rwhp. You will be much happier. Whats the point in being unique if it turns out like ****?

True. Im trying to warn you though. I still think youll end up like me, with the 6 ports permanently wired shut though.

I hope not, but if so i'm ok with that. I can allways wire them shut until a time when i have more money to make a manifold/ ecu solution for them. I appreciate your trying to warn me though. Worst case scenario just needs to be that the car runs and can get me to and from classes. Im prepared for anything inbetween that and actually making power. I think im going to have fun messing around with it. Ive allready thought up a design to attach TB's and air horns to the stock LIM when i get the mega squirt and mess around with the lengths. There is a shop with a dyno right by my house, and ive got like 4 friends into cars that would most likly split the time with me, so thats bout 50 bux to get her dynoed per time. Ive allready got a header, but i need a catback to go with it. also i might get a shop to cut off the 2.5 inch collector(RB header) and put on a 3 inch, not sure yet, we'll see how it goes. Bottom line is though, that if this doesnt work i need to be able to get to college and back atleast as reliably as when she was stock (not very that is,..)

I just learned the hardest part of porting is getting the two ports exactly the same, even with templates you can get a little carried away...

Would the port timing still be way off in the dual runner (the one that feed both the Aux and Secondary ports) if you bridge ported both the Aux and Secondary ports?

Drago, so far the ports look decent, but why are the aux/secondary ports so far off (as comparing left to right)?

And MS7, how is the aux bridge motor working out in that first gen?

would it be possible to cure this with a vacuum canister? It worked wonders with my volkswagen 1.3l with dual 40 webers and a 296' cam.

The difference was like night and day.

It worked on that so it just might work here.

I'll give it a shot on mine when it's back together and report my findings.
